Whenever I'm feeling down I play my guitar, just to let it all out. After playing, most of the time I feel really relieved, as though all the stress is gone, although sometimes all those feelings are very strong and don't go away that easily.
I also enjoy learning something new every day, so I play the drums once a week at my friend's house. This really helps me forget about the world and just focus on improving my musical abilities every time.
